An annual event hosted by BCU, the BCU Coffs TRI has garnered a reputation for its scenic location, gorgeous surroundings, and its world-class course, effectively making this event one of the most anticipated on the national Triathlon calendar. While actively encouraging a healthy lifestyle for its many participants, the triathlon consists of events catering towards all age groups, and simultaneously offers competitors with an opportunity to participate in the BCU Coffs Standard Distance, which is also known as the NSW State Championship Race, to determine the best triathletes in NSW.

Towards the latter half of the year 2012, BCU announced that it would become the headline sponsor of the BCU Coffs TRI triathlon, which was scheduled to be launched in March 2013. Proceeding this decision, many bore witness to a surge in the triathlon’s popularity, which eventually piqued the interest of potential participants.
Having consisted of many challenges, new personal bests, and two new winners, with a record number attendance and a sold-out main event, the 2018 triathlon has been the most successful of its predecessors, prompting many to anticipate the next triathlon, which is said to be one of the most promising events of 2019.

Presently, it has been announced that the BCU Coffs Kids TRI and the BCU Coffs Enticer are scheduled to commence and conclude on Saturday, the 02nd of March 2019. On the other hand, the BCU Coffs TRI – Standard Distance will occur on the following day, the 03rd of March 2019, which is a Sunday. All of the aforementioned events will unfold at the Jordan Esplanade, Coffs Harbour, New South Wales.

It is important to note that the participants of all events are required to pay a registration fee, which varies depending on the event.
