Remote technical support for online webinars

I had the opportunity to work with Paul Woods (owner WoodsIT) for two months at the end of 2017. Paul provided remote technical support to myself and all attendees for a series of live webinars involving a large geographically dispersed semi-government organisation in New South Wales.No matter what technical issue myself or the attendees experienced I found Paul to be knowledgeable, helpful and quick to resolve the issue.As the presenter having Paul in the background looking after all technical aspects made me feel at ease and better able to focus on giving the best presentation I could, I particularly noticed and appreciated his calm approach regardless of the situation.
